We had an emergency sewer line job on a Saturday, and Mr, Rooter was quick to respond. Brent did a great job explaining what he was going to do, as well as walking us through the camera scoping and showing us exactly where the problems were. He was courteous and thorough with his work, and we really appreciated it on such short notice! Would definitely use them again.

Backed up sewer line, is never a good way to start a Monday, but the folks at Mr Rooter, made the whole thing easier to deal with. Timely response, combined with excellent customer service from the time I called, until the job was completed, was a refreshing change. The technician that was dispatched out, explained everything in great detail, and was very thorough with everything he did. Would definitely recommend, and use them again. Might add that price point was very competitive.

Dylan and Tim worked tirelessly to repair our pipes and leaks. We had bursted pipes in our crawl space which required them to work in a tight space and even dig to fully access the pipes.  We’ve had an ongoing issue with multiple plumbers attempting to repair. Our problem was fully resolved. These gentlemen exceeding our expectations!

Brent was truly a pleasure to deal with. Having our pipe burst in the middle of the night along with dealing with with HVAC problems defintely wore me down. He took his time explaining my options and helped me better understand the actual problem with the pipes. I appreciate his kindness and patience. Will be calling them for any future problems.

I had a real head-scratcher of a plumbing issue that took 2 visits from Jon-Eric Kilts. He stayed at it in the horrible heat both days until he figured it out. He was professional and explained everything that was happening plus the cost involved. I will always use Mr. Rooter and probably ask for him specifically if he's available. The office called every time to tell me when he was on the way. Great experience for a messy problem.

Lucas was great about being punctual and friendly. Really was quick about getting in and started once things were going. He brought a guy tim who helped ad well. Our house is finally draining and things work again. I'm so.freaking excited to do laundry and use our garbage disposal.

They were fast getting out to us bc I tried to replace a part on the hot water tank and could not get the pipe tight, we smelt gas  so we shut everything down and went outside to wait. They came immediately to fox tge problem. We have had them fix a few thing in our home and they never disappoint. Thank you

Scott, Hayden and Dallas were a great help. They knew just what needed done, and did the work fast, and thoroughly. Appreciate it, and I will remember Mr. Rooter Plumbing in case I need help on another project. Thanks again fellas.

Lucas arrived within one hour of calling the Mr. Rotor office, he was very professional and courteous. Within just a couple hours of calling Lucas and John had our lateral lines cleared and working well. Will definitely call in the future if needed.

Lucas was very professional and did a great job installing my kitchen faucet. Abigail in the office also went above and beyond to find the special waterfall faucet that I needed. Would definitely recommend and will go through them in the future ? …

Luke Seacord was our technician at my daughters house with a washing machine drain that was clogged. He was quick and thorough with his diagnosis, explained our repair options and their costs. He completed the repairs and explained what he did and what he found, as well as the warranty if we had any further options. We also used Mr Rooter a few years ago when our sewer line had collapsed and they are great to work with.

I couldn’t be more impressed! I called for an appt on Sunday & they had a plumber sent out next day. We diagnosed the issue together & I had an exact estimate before we even started the repair. It helps that my guy was easy on the eyes too ;)

Since moving to Wichita 10 years ago I have used several plumbers in this town and Mr Rooter is by far the best!  Service tech Bent was knowledgeable and happy to explain everything and offered more than one option. Right now with prices being sky high is nice to feel like you're being treated fairly and honestly.  Mr Rooter and Brent are my plumbers from now on!

Absolutely the best service I have had from any commercial provider.  The communication was prompt and knowledgeable.  The technician was 1st class and the customer service was A+.  I would recommend to anyone needing a plumber to not to look any further.  Mr. Rooter is top notch!

Lucas, did a great job, took every precaution to keep the area clean.  Worked the clog carefully and repeatedly snaked the problem area.  Problem resolved.  Lucas was very personable and knowledgeable about plumbing issues.  Thank you to Lucas and Mr. Rooter for getting out there so quick fixing the clog.

HIGHLY recommend this company! Lucas with Mr. Rooter came out early on a Saturday morning to help us get our pipes back in order. Living in a more rural space, it can be difficult to get service companies to even come out to the property, let alone finish the job. Lucas was conscientious in checking the material and condition of the pipes and explaining all risks before proceeding. Once the problem was diagnosed, he laid out his recommendation and provided us a complete estimate. He completed the job quickly and we were not charged a penny more than he originally quoted. We are very satisfied and will use Mr. Rooter again when we need a reliable plumber.

I called Mr. Rooter last night. They had Lucas over to give me an estimate this morning, which I truly appreciate. From the start he showed his knowledge and confidence in solving the problem. It was an easy decision to book his services. Lucas showed his great customer service skills and even gave me some tips on how to prevent future problems. I would highly recommend Lucas and Mr Rooter!

Had them out to replace hot water heater and add recirculating pump.  They had 4 workers to do the job. All were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They finished ahead of schedule and cleaned up their mess. I will definitely use them again.

We had an outstanding experience with Mr. Rooter, particularly with Lucas and Brent G. They arrived within an hour of our call and tackled a challenging task with professionalism and a positive attitude. Thanks to their hard work and expertise, everything was fixed without us having to shut down our operations. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would!

Had the water line from the meter to the house replaced. Mr. Rooter came out to inspect the problem and then made a second visit to ensure there were no possible other issues. They were very thorough in ruling out any other possible issues that could be causing my water pressure issue. Once it was decided to replace the water line there dig crew Brent, David, Hayden and Dallas showed up to perform the work. These guys were amazing and very professional. They answered every question I had, even the ones that were probably ridiculous. I know nothing about plumbing and not once did they make me feel like an idiot with my questions or concerns. They were very careful with everything they did and asked how I may have wanted something done if there was a choice available. They didn't just decide for me. Once installed they checked everything again cleaned up their work area thoroughly. These guys were courteous and professional from start to finish and I would recommend Mr. Rooter for anything you need done with plumbing.

I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing, for a main drain issue, after calling 5 other plumbing company and no was able come out until after the weekend with out charging extra for after hours service. Mr. Rooter Plumbing send someone out after 45 mins calling them. They sent out Brent Weekly. Brent gave A+ service. He went above beyond with her service he provided. Even educated my kiddos on what he was doing, he showed us the neat camera view of our pipes. Gave us some information that will help us out in future for repairs, that we will definitely hire him for! Thank you so much Brent with Mr. Rooter for all you did for our family.

Brent W was really knowledgeable and fast at getting the work done. We had a water heater replacement and a shower drain leak. Price was reasonable. His service was very good. We put in a request on the Mr. Rooter website this morning and they were able to send someone out to us within a few hours. Lucas was great and helped us find a solution to an issue causing flooding in our basement. He was knowledgeable but more importantly he was personable and didn’t leave without us understanding our options. Good business!

I was very impressed with this company. I was in an emergency situation and within an hour, the technician John came out!  Gave me an estimate and then did the job on the spot!  Ran a camera through the line so we would know what issues were causing the backup. Very happy with my choice!  John was very professional and efficient!

Lucas was amazing! I am never disappointed with this company. Mr. Rooter goes above and beyond not only with being punctual but also with their pricing! I needed my garbage disposal unit replaced and they were on the job within 1 hour, Lucas was so friendly and efficient. Jon did an outstanding job unclogging my kitchen drain. He was very informative and personable. He arrived at my home within an hour of me calling for service. Mr.Rooter did a great job with our sewer line replacement a few years ago so we gave them a chance for our water supply line break/replacement.  Bid was very competitive and gave us options on how to fix it as far as materials and code compliance.  Best thing was that once they heard we were without water for days-  they rearranged their schedule and got to us that same day!  Mr.Rooter has multiple types of financing.  The crew were efficient, knowledgeable and very polite.  If we need any plumbing work done in the future- I know we can count on Mr.Rooter.

Brent and Lucas are awesome.  I've had a couple of jobs done by these guys including a hot water heater removal and install, a utility sink install, and a sewage pit pump replacement.  All were professionally completed both in a timely manner and at a reasonable price.  I was given clear explanations of the diagnosis, options for remedy, and a precise timeline to completion.  I would certainly recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone requiring plumbing services.

I had a sewer line back up on a Saturday morning.  I called Mr. Rooter and they sent Lucas out within 2 hours.  He was absolutely super!  He was very friendly, very knowledgeable and professional.  He explained my options with pricing up front.  After he cleaned out a huge clump of tree roots from my sewer line, he cleaned up his work area very promptly and explained the 6 month guarantee of his work before he left.  I can’t recommend him and Mr. Rooter highly enough.  If you need plumbing work done, call Mr. Rooter and ask for Lucas.  You will be glad you did.
